T&C SkyBOX Rewards

  • Description of the promotion: To participate in these promotions you must receive the promotion via email or through the website with the date of the SkyBOX promotion. Each eligible person will receive a CUPON SkyBOX per person.
  • Compliance: These promotions are created and promoted by SkyBOX and its partners.
  • Duration: These promotions will have a period of validity published on the website and / or by promotional email.
  • Participants: This offer is open to eligible participants. To be eligible an individual needs to be at least 18 years of age. Maximum of one coupon per individual.
  • Number of Coupons available: There are a limited number of coupons available for these promotions.
  • Maximum discount: The coupon is valid for a maximum amount specify in the email.
  • Redeeming the Coupon: To redeem the coupon you must enter the coupon code into the redemption box in My SkyBOX Rewards section.
  • Combination or transfer: The coupon has no cash value, cannot be withdrawn into your bank account, cannot be transferred and cannot be forwarded to a third party. The coupon will not be substituted for cash, and no alternative prize will be offered. These promotions cannot be resold, transferred, or combined with any other offer, discount, or promotion. Coupon is valid per one only shipment. Consolidation is considered one shipment.
  • At its discretion SkyBOX reserves the right to add additional terms and conditions to these promotions.
  • SkyBOX reserves the right to suspend, change or cancel the Promotion at any time as it may determine in its sole discretion.
  • If SkyBOX has suspicions or knowledge that any entrant has been involved in any fraudulent or illegal activity, SkyBOX reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and any related entrants and your coupons will be forfeited. SkyBOX may also disqualify any entrant that does not act in accordance with these terms and conditions or SkyBOX' rules and policies.
  • SkyBOX may disqualify any individual using the Promotion in a way in which SkyBOX deems inappropriate at its sole discretion (inappropriate use of the Promotion includes, without limitation, collusion, manipulation and engagement in any other activity that may give the entrant carrying out that activity an unfair advantage over other entrants).
  • SkyBOX shall not be liable, in contract or tort (including negligence) or the breach of statutory duty or in any other way, for the loss or damage howsoever arising suffered by any person resulting directly or indirectly from participation in these promotions. Nothing in these terms shall limit SkyBOX’ liability for fraud.
  • Although SkyBOX will use reasonable efforts to ensure that all information relating to the Promotion ("Promotional Material") is accurate, SkyBOX is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunctions of any communications network, online system or computer hardware or software failure that may affect SkyBOX' operation of the Promotion or the SkyBOX site, including without limitation the accuracy of any Promotional Material.
  • All transactions applicable to these promotions must comply with the SkyBOX Agreement and associated policies. SkyBOX shall have the right to suspend, change or cancel the Promotion at any time as it may determine in its sole discretion.
  • These promotions is subject to all the terms and conditions contained herein, and by participating in these promotions all participants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

  • The benefits of COUPONS do NOT accumulate with other benefits.
  • COUPONS have an expiration date (for exchange and use).
  • The benefits of COUPONS have priority of use over the other benefits.
  • The redeemed benefits of REWARD POINTS by the client IF accumulated.
  • REWARD POINTS expire after 3 years.
  • Customers who do not use SkyBOX services in the last 12 months their points will EXPIRE.
