l) Any controversy or claim arising out of these Terms and Conditions or concerning the Terms and Conditions or their breach will be resolved by arbitration administered by the International Center for Dispute Resolution following its International Arbitration Rules. The number of referees will be one. The seat of the arbitration will be Miami, Florida, United States. The language of the arbitration will be English.
